Clubhouse Rental Information
The Baywood Oaks Clubhouse is rented on a first come first serve basis, so if someone submits the application and pays before you do, the date will be reserved to them. In order to reserve the date, your account needs to be current meaning you have paid all of your assessments and any other fees (if you live in the neighborhood), you must fill out the attached application (all fields required), and all 3 checks must be received by our office.
The deposits are as follows:
1) $25 non-refundable check to Goodwin & Company for application fee.
2) $300 Security Deposit check to Baywood Oaks (refundable if there are no damages, all cleanup is done, and closing procedures are followed).
3) $125.00 non-refundable clubhouse fee check to Baywood Oaks for Baywood Oaks residents, $200.00 non-refundable clubhouse fee for non-Baywood Oaks residents.
You can either mail in the application and checks to our office, or you can bring it in as well. Our address is 1300 Hercules Ave. Suite 210, Houston, TX 77058.
Important Information:
- The Clubhouse address is 4905 Hazeltine, Pasadena, TX 77505.
- Sunday rentals may not begin before 11 AM.
- Entry code will be emailed to you up to 24 hours prior to the rental time. You may NOT enter prior to your rental time. Entering prior to your rental time will result in the forfeiture of your entire deposit.
- All closing procedures must be followed in order to obtain a full refund of your deposit.
- Clubhouse rentals NEVER include the use of the community pool.
- Goodwin & Company must be notified of any cancellation up to 30 days prior to the reservation. Cancellations without a 30 day notice are subject to a $75 fee.
- No live bands or catering are allowed outside of the Clubhouse.
- No cooking of any kind shall take place inside the Clubhouse.
